At Refresh Mobile we are all about security, transparency, and boosting your bottom line!
Estimate
We provide you with a basic form to fill out information about your devices such as the models, storage capacities, and carriers. The more information you are able to provide, the more accurate estimate you will receive, however we also understand your time is valuable so you are not required to fill out every field in the form.
Collection
If you are happy with our estimate the next step is for us to collect your devices for further testing and verification. We are happy to have a representative pick them up within the Greater Toronto Area, or have them couriered to us for those who are outside of the GTA.
Confirmation
After receiving your devices we run them through our testing programs to ensure everything is functioning as it should. Once the testing is complete we will confirm (or adjust) our estimate and submit it to you for final approval. Once approved your payment will be released.
